Location and cleanliness of this hotel is pleasing!!! Very good safe location!!!
The breakfast has changed in the past year, "cheapened up" a bit. Beds seem comfortable but are too soft, it's because they lack support.
I loved that it was only 5 minutes away from the rehab place to visit my mom. Everything was right there, including a Starbucks.
I didn't like that when I checked in that they did not have my reservation from Booked.net. They asked me for a confirmation number, that I never get using the site. It took almost 20 minutes for them to get me the rate that I had did my reservation for. When I asked at checkout time, if my reservation came through...I got a no. Not sure based on that if I will be staying at this hotel again, because I use Booked.net for everything.
Everything was just fine except for the bed. Despite adjusting the air mattress core, the topper seemed to be a type of memory foam, which is not comfortable to a sleeper who frequently changes position throughout the night.
They always included breakfast this time for a couple of biscuits a muffin and I'm the only one that had eggs and sausage it was $26 that's ridiculous
The way you control the bed my side was broken slept in a taco
When I checked in, I was told that the room I had reserved on line several months ago was not available (reserved room with a garden tub) because of high demand. What is the sense of reserving a room with specific features (king - double - etc) if Hilton does not honor that request. I thought the reservation was an implied contract between the renter and the rentor? There was NO effort on the staff to compensate me for not getting the room I reserved. If this is Hilton's policy, I don't think I will return.
Close to event attending.
Luke warm shower in morning and hair dryer was missing end cap and sucked my hair up and burned it. Told the girl at the front and she thought it was funny!! Not impressed. $111 and no continental breakfast????
Sheets had skidmark looking stain on arrival, wife slept betweencovers and top sheet. Was changed on second morning. The bed was way too stiff for me. Tub was dirty arround wirlpool jets
Staff Receptionist deserves recognition.
Bed did not work resulting in a very uneven platform and, therefore, no sleep. At about 0230, the fan for the climate control mechanism experienced some type of catastrophic failure announced by loud clattering noises until it apparently self destructed. The manager honored the policy about no charge, but the charge has not yet been removed. This is the only time in about 20 years of Hilton that I have had a significant problem.
The staff was there to help! I really felt that they would do everything in their power toake is happy!
The pool was small. Definitely useable but not good for laps.
Clean towel every day.
My wife dislikes your bathroom. She believes an open front toilet seat belongs in either a man's restroom or a public bathroom. But her biggest dislike was the door. She wants to decide when it should be closed. If she is blow-drying her hair or putting on make-up she wants it open. The bathroom door automatically closes at all times. Should not be necessary, poor design. My wife said we will not be back.
Whenever I go to Rio Rancho to work, I choose Hilton Garden Inn because of its location. It's very close to Intel, CableONE and many other big companies.
The breakfast it's not complementary. You're supposed to get a voucher for that, and it was never offered by front desk. That's a killer for me.
